Six Word Saturday

Worry is a misuse of imagination

This is not an original thought and I don't know the origin, but I saw it on a sign this week and it has stuck with me as being a very useful thing for me to keep in mind.

  1. This quote is so so true.
I can imagine the most awful things, worrying about my girls or worse, what I´m going to die of. Luckily I don´t let myself get too much into it and make an effort to change my way of thinking/worrying.

  5. I agree!
I have never been one to be plagued with worries. My Mom was good at it and I hated it so I guess I walked a different path. (o:

  15. If 98% of the things we worry about never happen there are two possibilities. 1. We don't have anything to worry about.
    2. It really works doesn't it!
