My two year old grandson, Beck, like most little boys, thinks his dad is pretty cool and tries to be just like him. Lately imitating his dad has included wanting to dress like his dad. Dad wears a suit and tie to work everyday so now every time Beck wears a "wuk shut", (that is a work shirt or any shirt with a collar) he insists on wearing a tie.

Even for a basketball game
So far he sticks to his collection of clip-ons. I think he will need to learn to tie his shoes before he tackles learning to tie a tie.

He's so cute!! Adorable that he wants to be just like dad!! It is neat though that his dad does wear ties to work; he'll be able to show him how to tie them when Beck is ready to move on from clip on ones :)

That's so cute. My grandson wears a tie when he attends church. I don't think he has ever complained about it. Lol.

Unless a man's job calls for it, you rarely see ties anymore, not even in church. Your grandson looks like he will always be a tie-kind-of-guy.
