Five Question Friday

1. How many pets do you have?
We have one dog, Dodger, who in the less than one year time we have had him has taken over our hearts and our lives.

2. If you could switch places with anyone in the world for one day, who would it be?

I would love to go back and be myself on a day when my kids were still young. But just for one day.

3. What is your favorite money saving tip?

The best money saving tip for me would be to stay away from Starbucks, but that's not likely to happen.

4. What do you want your kids to be when they grow up?

My kids are grown up and they are all one of the most important things they can be-really good parents.

5. What is your favorite quote?

  1. Nice picture of your kids when they were young. They were raised in a good family and had good examples of parents to show them how to be the good parents they are today.

  2. I married into two cats. Then she added two guinea pigs and some fish.

Money saving tip? Get rid of the wife. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Great idea. I would go back in time and tell myself at a certain age a key piece of advice that would change my future.

I love that Southwest Airlines commercial line....."Grab Your Bag, It's On". I walk around the house constantly saying that. My wife is tired of hearing it. But not for long....I'm saving money. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  3. Nr. 2 answer is so good. I would love to do that too. I´m sure I would do some things very differently now.
Good thing we don´t have Starbucks here, I would be a very good customer too. :)

  9. I'm with you on #2. I'm always telling my grandsons "when your mommy was a girl, she ...", and have said dozens of times that I'd like to go back to certain ages to relive some of those moments thru older, wiser and more relaxed eyes. Though I guess those moments wouldn't play out the same, would they? But I'd love to have just one day to hold that newborn baby, or to see those first steps, or, well, just to have one day to re-experience some of the most precious moments of my life, and hers. Though I guess we do re-experience it in another way, thru our grandkids and the joy in our grown childrens faces as they continue the cycle!

  12. Love the answers especially #2. I think having a grandchild is almost like that. I limit Starbucks to a Saturday afternoon date with my Sweetie. We look forward to the time to sit and talk - best money we spend each week.

  13. Hi there, I just came form Pam's blog and so glad I did. Pam and I are blogging buddies who only see each other every couple of months. So good to meet another blogger from here. I'm about 40 mins north of Pam. It would seem we have so much in common-from grands to a dog etc etc. So nice to meet you....going to follow you now.
