Reverse Psychology.....Bah Humbug!

In spite of my best reverse psychology efforts the snow came.

This is what I woke up to at about 6:00 this morning. I had to take the picture with my phone because I left my camera at my daughter's last weekend.

We lost one big limb from an Aspen tree. There were lots of big limbs down around town.

Oh well, what's the problem with a little snow if you can turn it into a big snow pumpkin.
Hope and EJ

The good news is that it has stopped snowing, it will be 60 degrees by Saturday and it will all be melted.
(Oops, I hope my reverse psychology talents don't suddenly kick in)

  1. This is funny - I am late on reading and I just wrote a comment on your post using reverse psychology.

    I think you need a Plan B - lol.

  2. We had snow the 6th of October. I am glad it melted because I am not a lover of snow and cold. Enjoy the warmer weather.

  5. The first snowfall is always the most thrilling. After that, I dread icy sidewalks and slush. Ugh. Had enough of that when I lived in New York City for 5-1/2 years.

  6. Wow! You really did get snow. It snowed most of the day, off and on, here in the southern part of the state, but none of it stuck to anything.

  9. Oh wow! We heard about his on the news tonight. I hope you'll get a break from this for a while and that it warms up a bit for you. I wish I could send you some of our sunshine.

  10. Too bad about the aspen limb. Your pictures are great though. It was 33 degrees here when I got up this morning and we probably won't get snow for another month but we never know, do we? Making a snowman and going with the flow is the best we can do when the weather does what it is going to do. Hope you are cozy wherever you are.

Shoot it all to thunder, I was countin' on that reverse psychology to work! Dang if the temperature 'round here isn't droppin' like a rock right now.

    Love your 'Great Pumpkin'!

God bless and have a remarkable day sweetie...stay cozy!

    Branches everywhere....
It was nice today, but I don't think it will be all gone tomorrow. Are you going tricker-treating with the kiddos? I will get to tag along....with 2 other sets of Grandparents (o:
