It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

When Dodger and I took a walk last night there was a beautiful, light snow falling.

This morning on my way to work I saw a lot of this,

and this,

and this.

By tonight there were beautiful Christmas trees decorated by nature,

and it was a little tougher to make our way around as we walked.

About 12 inches of new snow made it a pretty harsh day but there is no doubt that-

It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

  1. I enjoyed the photos. Did you have any problems driving home? I don't do snow. I barely do any cold.
I am ALMOST a winter hermit, even though we don't get a lot of cold weather here. Guess it's a sure thing I'll never be a Santa's helper! LOL. Merry Christmas Jeannie!

  3. Okay, that's a fair amount of snow. We got a dusting yesterday and it's gone today, so we're in for a brown Christmas. I'm fine with that! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

  7. OH, it's so pretty! Thanks for sharing. We've been grateful for a brown Christmas so far because of the ease of traveling, but snow truly makes it feel more like Christmas, doesn't it? Merry Christmas!

  11. If it just wan't SO cold. last night when family was leaving my house after a great celebration...I hear the little one wailing outside. She did a face plant in the snow... and since it was about 0 degrees...she was Shocked!!! I was worried about hypothermia... but they just plopped her in the car and off they went (o:

  12. gah! The plow came by and piled up about 3 feet of snow in front of our driveway so the guys had to dig it all out before going to work.

Hope you all have a wonderful holiday, my friend!
