Stripes


I bought this shirt today.....nothing fancy, just an everyday shirt I thought I needed for, well, everyday, since I am no longer working full time. 


After I got home with it I realized that it had something in common, too much in common, with every other shirt I had bought recently-Stripes. Not just stripes, but all horizontal stripes.



I have always admitted to not being a very good shopper, but now I guess I have to 'fess up to having a jailbird complex.

    How funny, Jeanie - stripes are "in!" I just bought 2 more black shirts (to go with my growing black collection).

    I confess I have three striped blouses too and the style is very close too. Ah well... It's good to have spares.

    They are horizontal, not vertical, stripes. I could never wear them, because they would make me look even fatter. Lol.

    cute top...I stay away from stripes...I'm short and they make me look rounder...I tend to buy in spurts...all brown...all black...or same style tops...when I look in my closet I might have 5 or 6 of the same color or style tops...I guess I'm predictable...

    Yup, I bought a couple of striped t-shirts just this summer. They are very "in," and besides, they don't show spots the way plain colors do.

    That's funny Jeanie. I buy what I like, and then when I get home I think things are too much the same! UGH! But hey...I think we will be happy if we are wearing what we like!
