Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez


I'm going out of town this week. While I am gone, I hope to see this,

and have some of these,


and maybe one of these.


I will also be thinking about those nearby who are dealing with and suffering from this.

    I LOVE N'Awlins; have a great time! We used to have crawfish etouffe once or twice a day (at different restaurants, comparing recipes) but I don't know whether the crawfish will survive the oil disaster.

    Have a wonderful time, Jeanie. New Orleans is a city I have never been to, but I would love to see the sights and taste the food. Oh, and how could I forget the music!!!

    OH, oh, oh...take me too!! I love New Orleans! I have only been once and I want to go back so badly. What a great place, great food, wonderfully friendly people and so much fun. There are so many tours I would like to go on.
