When Dodger and I took a walk last night there was a beautiful, light snow falling.
This morning on my way to work I saw a lot of this,
and this,
and this.
By tonight there were beautiful Christmas trees decorated by nature,
and it was a little tougher to make our way around as we walked.
About 12 inches of new snow made it a pretty harsh day but there is no doubt that-
It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
I enjoyed the photos. Did you have any problems driving home? I don't do snow. I barely do any cold.
ReplyDeleteI am ALMOST a winter hermit, even though we don't get a lot of cold weather here. Guess it's a sure thing I'll never be a Santa's helper! LOL. Merry Christmas Jeannie!
Hi Jeannie. Take care of yourself when outside. And have a great Christmas.
ReplyDeleteOkay, that's a fair amount of snow. We got a dusting yesterday and it's gone today, so we're in for a brown Christmas. I'm fine with that! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
ReplyDeleteOh my! You've brought back a lot of memories! Please try to stay warm and have a very merry christmas!
ReplyDeleteIt is beginning to look like Christmas! We don't have much at all, but I'm sure January will bring a lot of snow with it. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh girl, no doubt ya got it goin' on there!!!
ReplyDeleteYa'll can keep it! I've never made any bones 'bout the way I feel about the cold stuff! Heeehehe!
God bless ya sweet Jeanie and have a warm fuzzy kinda day!
MERRY CHRISTMAS YA'LL!!!
OH, it's so pretty! Thanks for sharing. We've been grateful for a brown Christmas so far because of the ease of traveling, but snow truly makes it feel more like Christmas, doesn't it? Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteIt's very pretty. Have a Merry Christmas Jeannie.
ReplyDeleteHi Jeannie, You got sooo much more than we did-we had between 5-6".
ReplyDeleteIt is cold this morning-2 degrees but so pretty and sunny.
From our home to yours, Merry Christmas.

If it just wan't SO cold. last night when family was leaving my house after a great celebration...I hear the little one wailing outside. She did a face plant in the snow... and since it was about 0 degrees...she was Shocked!!! I was worried about hypothermia... but they just plopped her in the car and off they went (o:
ReplyDeleteStay safe and wear warm underwear!
ReplyDeletegah! The plow came by and piled up about 3 feet of snow in front of our driveway so the guys had to dig it all out before going to work.
ReplyDeleteHope you all have a wonderful holiday, my friend!
You have a white Christmas going on! Merry Christmas to you - have a blessed Christmas.
